Title:Business Administration Manager
Details:

My client requires the services of a Business Administration Manager to be based from their offices in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation and sustainment of all business processes including Procurement, Contracting and Finance.  Main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Contract/service level agreement management with service delivery providers (SDPS) and subcontractors
  • Oversee preparation of accounting, finance, tax, internal audit, audit controls, asset management, banking, risk management, revenue analysis, receivable, payables and payroll
  • Support internal and external audit requirements from UAE government and financial audit groups
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e., SOX) and other practices set forth by upper management directives.
  • Assist in resolving disputes/conflicts in finance and/or contracts problems or issues.
  • Research and develop new processes that will improve day-to-day business activities.
  • Provide overall technical direction and assistance in conduct of project controls and cost management awareness.

Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of management accomplishments in contract administration, subcontract management, property administration, project management and program control, accounting, estimating and pricing and risk assessments.

Candidates should also have demonstrated experience (7 years minimum desired) in developing and maintaining budgets in excess of $50m annually, detailed financial reporting, and full scope contract/subcontract administration in accordance with procurement requirements. There is a performance/profitability related bonus on offer plus housing, car, medical, flights etc.
