| Details: | My client urgently requires the sevrices of a Proposals Co-ordinator for the co-ordination and preparation of proposals / tenders for all company business lines including IRM, Drill Support and Construction Business Line Projects. The role of the Proposals Co-ordinator will include but not be limited to: - Review of complete enquiry and ensuring technical and contractual sections are reviewed as necessary by competent persons within the Company
- Arrnaging technical and commercial bid strategy meetings as necessary
- Clarification of the requirements with client
- Co-ordinating the preparation of (or actual preparation of) the technical elements of the proposal, ensuring such meets with client requirements or is suitably qualified
- Assessing resource availability in respect of enquiry
- Issuing RFQ's to subscontractors and analysis of their response (via Subcontractors Supervisor)
- Preparation of pricing, including costing resources, verification of resource requirements and timings for lump sum elements. Vetting costings, timings and margins with Business Development Manager & Project Manager, Dept Heads, Commercial Manager as necessary
- Preparation of pricing clarifications and commercial qualifications. Ensuring contract terms and conditions are reviewed and qualifications incorporated in proposal
- Preparation of proposal document including compiling all request information
- Post submission clarification of Tender and revisions to tender following charges to clients requirements
- Pre-award negotiation and internal pre-meeting briefings
