MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Working closely with HSE staff in the development and structure of Procedure, aids and material to drive-continuous performance improvement
• Participating in the implementation of HSE programs, policies and procedures
• Developing processes which are fir for purpose for the project targets, well documented, and readily auditable
• Providing corporate induction and training to project team and CONTRACTOR
• Assisting in the gathering, tabulation and analysis on injury and illnesses data on the database
• Interfacing with Construction, Commissioning and production department to ensure correct interfaces execution.
• Interacting with HSE staff from Project Production.
• Following the HSE directives from project HSE Manager
• Following the COMPANY Site Representative's instructions in operational terms

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

• Review all documents related to HSE in co-ordination with Construction Manager’s approval
• Prepare and write all document HSE related for submission to the Construction Manager
• Assistance to the HSE Manager with Construction Manager's approval
• Realize HSE audit of the Contractor working for us ON our sit but also in the Contractors Premises
• Assist HSE Manager for all Construction HSE aspects
• Follow, anticipate and suggest specific HSE training for the Contractors and the Construction team members
• HSE analyze for the work on site
