| Details: | logistics & crewing · short term planning of crewing for the vessels within the asset delivery group in conjunction with the offshore manager planner and the asset delivery group and resources managers · sourcing and supporting others in sourcing and mobilising personnel for onshore and offshore locations, including overseas, from the offshore pool of resources, in conjunction with asset delivery unit and the offshore management team (omt)· provide guidance to the asset delivery group and omt with regard to crew mobilisations · establish and maintain core crew for allocated vessels · ensure compliance with certification requirements prior to mobilisation · to keep up to date through liaison with resources managers, nmms manager and asset delivery group over crewing strategies, future requirements and retention and recruitment activities payroll · ensure payments (wages and expenses) for crews on assigned vessels of asset delivery group are processed accurately and in accordance with set timescales· investigate and ensure resolution of offshore pay queries notified from individuals or asset delivery group training & competency · to keep up to date with the key issues in respect of training & competency supporting resources managers with management of competency schemes for crew assigned to asset delivery groupappraisal / career development / performance management etc. · to ensure that resources managers are advised of any issues regarding career development, performance management and the performance appraisal process general · undertake other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the incumbent's skills, knowledge, abilities and personal development opportunities· support of ops policies and procedures to ensure the consistent and effective personnel management of the global offshore workforce |
