My international multi-discipline engineering client based in Alberta, Canada requires an experienced Senior Project Engineer with specific experience of onshore projects.

Roles / Responsibilies:

• Be responsible for the coordination of disciplines to meet deadlines while meeting quality requirements
• Be responsible for the development of Plot Plans, Pit’s, Route Maps, General Arrangement Drawings, etc
• Be responsible for the Mechanical Design
• Develop and Report on Costs and Schedules
• Expedite deliverables to meet deadlines
• Be responsible for the development of numerous pieces of documentation including Land Information Packages, Design Basis Memorandums, Construction Scope of Work, Construction Binders, Procurement Requisitions
• Be responsible for documenting and tracking Project Scope Changes and receiving Client Approvals
• Coordinate Vendors, Contractors, etc
• Communicate and Coordinate all aspects of the Project with the Client
• Construction Bidding, Evaluation and Awarding
• Make Site Visits for Initial Scoping, Scope Freeze Meetings, Construction Review Meetings

Experience / Skills / Knowledge required:

• Are an Engineer professionally registered
• Have 10 or more years of experience that includes Well-Tie-ins, Pipelines and related Facilities in the Western ProvincesStrong communication skills both verbal and written with extensive knowledge of industry practices
