My Client a multidiscipline consulting engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager - Civil/Municipal Land Development to join their Edmonton team.

Reporting to Manager, Project Management Group you will

- Manage land development or municipal or transportation projects over $500,000 in fees

- Apply established project management processes in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects

-Develop and maintain strong client relationships; including managing and developing the business

-Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables, schedules and budget objectives are met. 

- Participate in and have the technical abilities to coordinate and prepare proposals, tenders, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies. 

- Conduct risk profile evaluations and estimate the probability of success. 

- Use established project management methOods and procedures to prepare a project plan, work breakdown structure, schedule and project team member’s roles and responsibilities
