My international Oil and Gas client based in the South of England requires an experienced Contracts Engineer for a long-term project assignment.

Responsibilities: 

• To review, interpret, develop, negotiate and implement contracts and contract conditions in accordance with requirements on the project for engaging vendors and subcontractors.
• Identifying risks, liabilities and business opportunities and reporting the same for adjudication and instruction.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required

• Knowledge of industry standard contracts such as CRINE (LOGIC)
• Ability to formulate and draft contracts
• Exposure to PMC, EPC and EPIC environments.
• Experience of contract engineering on oil & gas or petrochemical full EPC projects.
• A Graduate or Professional Qualification
• Beneficial if you had a Post-Graduate, QS and / or Legal Qualification and a member of a recognised institute (e.g. RICS/IQS/MCIOB)
