My international Oil and Gas Operator client requires the services of an experienced Quality Manager for this project based in Moscow, Russia.

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition of the Project Quality policy, objectives, procedures and guidelines
• Ensure that a leader is nominated to manage each interface within the Project organisation
• Participate in the development of the Quality Policy of the Company in liaison with the Corporate QHSE Manager
• Provide assistance to the other Project team members for the implementation of the Project QMS by contractors, subcontractors and vendors covering management, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Conduct internal and external audits as needed., among them contractors and subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate to any third party audit called on the Project.
