Recommendations Incentive Scheme
The recommendations scheme gives individuals the opportunity to earn a referral bonus of up to £1,250, simply by providing Quest Project Personnel with a qualifying candidate. For more details see below.
Objective
We believe that personal recommendations are the ultimate method of ensuring that we build and maintain a quality database of candidates from which to operate a high quality service.
It is very important that both the recommender and Quest derive benefit from the scheme and that the scheme is completely transparent to all involved.
All recommendations will be managed on a confidential basis. This enables a recommender to recommend someone that is not known to them personally.
The Scheme
A recommendation will be defined as follows;

Incentive Scheme Details
Quest shall endeavour to make contact with the individual recommended within 2 working days of the recommendation to obtain additional information. We will then search the Quest database to determine if the candidate recommended is already registered on the database.
The recommender will receive an email response from Quest confirming the status of their recommendation.
Status 1
Candidate not on the database and previously unknown to Quest.
Qualifies for full incentive
Status 2
Candidate on the Quest database or previously recommended to Quest by someone else.
Does not qualify for incentive
A recommendation will be considered complete and an effective date of recommendation confirmed when the CV is received electronically by Quest.
Incentive Scheme Payments
Contract Placements
Where the recommended individual takes up a contract through Quest Project Personnel with a client of Quest Project Personnel for a duration in excess of 3 months then an incentive payment will be paid on completion of 3 months of the contract as follows;

| Grade 3 | £401 to £500 | £450.00 |
| Grade 4 | £501 and above | £550.00 |
Permanent Placements
Should a recommended individual take up a permanent position with a client of Quest Project Personnel within 12 months of the effective date of the recommendation then the recommender will qualify for an incentive payment. Recommenders will receive notification by email of the placement and incentive payment amount within 3 working days of the recommended candidates start date with the client.
The incentive payment will be paid to the recommender within 7 days of receipt, by Quest Project Personnel, of payment of the placement fee by the client, and upon receipt of an invoice from the recommender.

Method of Payment
Incentive payments will be made one month in areas direct to the recommender’s nominated bank account upon receipt of an invoice from the recommender or by any other means as deemed appropriate from time to time by Quest Project Personnel. The recommender will be responsible for all tax and national insurance payments due on the incentive payment.
Queries and Comments
Any queries regarding entitlement to incentive payments or comments on any other aspects of the Quest Project Personnel Recommendation Incentive Scheme should be made by email to info@quest-recruiting.com.
A response will be made to your query within 2 working days of receipt.
Disputes
Any disputes regarding the ownership of a recommendation will be investigated by the General Manager of Quest Project Personnel, and his decision will be final.
