Description:
My client, an international subsea installation contractor, has an immediate vacancy for an Offshore Personnel Coordinator to provide day to day operational and personnel support.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Administration of offshore personnel recruitment both temporary and permanent contracts. Including compilation of job adverts, processing and responding to applicants and being part of the interview panel.
- Comprehending and enforcing company policy and procedures.
- Administration & management of the training matrix ensuring personnel compliance with the job specific training requirements.
- Close liaison with clients logistics team to ensure an up to date knowledge of helicopter check in times and logistical requirements.
- Dealing with invoices and maintaining accounts with external providers.
- Processing purchase orders and ensuring correct nominal coding.
- Processing of offshore personnel expense claims (cash & visa).
- Administration of appraisal process for offshore personnel.
- Provide cover for the other offshore personnel coordinator during holiday periods.
- Act as out of hours emergency contact for offshore personnel as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
This is a 12 month contract and requires an immediate start.
