My client, an international Oil & Gas contractor, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Inspection Engineer to work on a permanent staff basis from their offices in Aberdeen.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Leadership of the respective offshore OIE and NDT Inspection teams
- Lead on the safe and timely completion of all Inspection and Integrity issues related to the respective assets
- Manage the reporting processes against the assets
- Lead the anomaly management activities against the assets
- Deliver the annual reports for each asset
- Support the offshore shutdown activities and undertake regular audits against key offshore and onshore processes
- Produce inspection proposals on emergent campaign work
- Manage the work pack production and quality against the assets
- The ideal applicant would have the ability to deal with QA/QC issues relating to Inspection & Integrity activities on respective assets
Candidates should ideally be degree qualified in a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent and have extensive Inspection and Integrity experience and proven supervisory skills.
