My Client require the services of an Engineering Coordinator to be based Paris around 6 months then Nigeria (Lagos/Port Harcourt rotation 6 weeks on 2 weeks off).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

�� To manage and coordinate all facets of the Basic and detailed Engineering related to the new 42” gas pipeline during design, contract award and construction phases.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

To manage the design contractor on all day to day engineering activities associated with the detailed engineering of a 42” gas pipeline project.
Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are submitted to, and reviewed, by Total technical specialists before Engineering Coordinator approves same. Anticipatory awareness of Total’s 15 day document approval periods, and improving upon this timeframe wherever practicable.
Ensure final engineering documentation is fully in accordance with contract requirements and final documentation CD’s are populated with all deliverables necessary for an EPSCC contract award.
Attend weekly engineering meetings and ad-hoc meetings to ensure project is meeting schedule & budget. Also to follow up on all pending / problem areas expediently until final close out.

Required experience:

10 Years experience + (Pipeline, Piping, ASME & ASTM, Construction, Engineering + Nigerian experience)
