My international Oil and Gas client based in Aberdeen requires an experienced Lead Engineer.

Role Responsibilities:

To service both internal and external customers
Ensure that all work done with Health and Safety as priority.
Ensure the effective management of the activities carried out by Engineering Support.
Manage and be responsible for departmental finances

Role

Ensure all work is carried out to client and industry standards.
Responsible for departmental personnel matters.
Set and maintain goals, objectives and KPIs for the department.
Technical and Operational support to all offshore and maintenance activities in the UK.
Ensuring that projects forecasts are produced accurately to ensure sufficient Field Service staff and and engineers are available to provide support as required.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Experience of the full Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience of SAP systems.·
Minimum of HNC in engineering or other relevant subject.
Preferrably degree qualified.
Previous experience of managing/coordinating personnel
Previous experience of engineering departments and management.
