job description

·provide administration and technical support to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the hr activities eg. bonus review, salary review, headcount budget, salary surveys etc.

·interface with payroll department via a weekly download for oracle hr database ensuring that accurate information is provided from hr.

·provide administration support to the remuneration 7 benefits lead eg. collation of letters etc

·ensure through liaison with geodysis that the necessary hr reports are prepared and maintained to facilitate the hr process.

·ensure data held within the oracle hr database is up to date and accurate at all times.

·assist in the collation of hr monthly and quarterly reports for paris, management and staff. this includes researching and developing new ways of presenting hr reports to enable the timely and accurate reporting to the business.

·work closely with hr support team to ensure efficient, accurate and smooth processing of all relevant administration.

·preparation of purchase orders as and when required.

•to create and maintain remuneration & benefits administration procedures which support the needs of the hr department.

qualifications

essential:

·educated to at least o'grade/higher level education. preferably having gained or working towards hnc/d in business administration with it.

•experience of microsoft office to intermediate level.

experience/skills/knowledge

essential:

·excellent communication skills.

•excellent planning and organisational and analytical skills.

personal qualities

required for position:

·proactive/committed approach to work.

·good team player.

·concern of accuracy.

·ability to work to tight deadlines and be responsible for own time management.
