job purposekey activities
· liaison with project teams on all quality aspects of the projects
· completion of the project management plans
· prepare or review project quality plans
· shall be responsible for the implementation of suitable management controls/systems and procedures
· ensure adequate design reviews are being undertaken
· ensuring lessons learned are added to contracts and design criteria
· co-ordinate and review contractor quality plans and quality control plans
· ensure implementation of quality plans throughout projects
· preparation and co-ordination of project quality/administration procedures
· co-ordination of all quality control and inspection activities
· advise the project and/or department manager on any foreseeable project management - contractual,
commercial and technical problems which may arise· resolve any quality/project management related problems that may arise
· review and participate in kick-off, progress and interface meetings
· ensuring project teams undertake adequate reporting. weekly, monthly and daily whilst on site
· shall control site inspection personnel
· shall, in conjunction with project and/or department manager, ensure the quality, health, safety,
environment and security during the project life cycleinternal confidential
· ensure, in conjunction with the project and/or department manager, that classification, flag and other
regulatory standards and bodies are kept in the interface loop by regular meetings and reports· responsible for implementing and control of design changes whether technical, commercial, contractual
or of a non commercial nature in liaison with the project and/or department manager· schedule, plan and carry out internal project audits as per the audit schedule
· prepare and undertake external audits when required
· undertake site visits as required by the project and/or department manager
· review final documentation in conjunction with discipline personnel and document controller
· in conjunction with the project and/or department manager to ensure project deliverables are handed
over by the project team in a fully reviewed condition and in an acceptable timescale to the end user• comply with the project procedures and the applicable technip business management systemsexperience/skills/knowledge
