My Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator require the services of a Camp Superintendent to be based initially in Moscow and then onto Project site on rotation.

Reporting directly to the Construction Site Manager, main duties include:

To manage, under of the responsibility of Construction Site Manager, all construction activities related to the New Camp procurement, supply, construction, commissioning and start-up within the Project Field Development, with particular attention paid to HSE matters and:

Ensure that all activities supervised are performed with proper degree of safety and environmental protection.
Manage an organization will cover all construction (all) activities on site.
Follow Up and verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor.
Oversee all responsible teams activities to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information are properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by law, regulations and COMPANY policies.
Manage construction (all) interfaces with others Departments, sub-projects, contractors, etc.
Provide necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc. with site and Contractors to assure project development. More details available
Graduate engineer with minimum 8 years experience in engineering and construction of which 5 spent in a lead engineering & construction position.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Russian is an advantage.
