Description:
My Client, an International design Contractor, are looking to recruit a manifold engineer to support the Manifold and Connection System Lead Engineer in all aspects of manifold and jumper design using proprietary Horizontal Connection System. Applicants must be fully conversant with stress analysis software for the analytical design of subsea structures, piping, jumper design and control of stress levels to within the specified criteria.Activities involved also include:
Application of soil survey results and other data
Understanding the aspects of material selection and design for subsea use and interfaces with other systems as required
Review the foundation design performed by the Contractor to suit the soil data
Support Lead Manifold Engineer in structures fabrication supervision and assigned activities
Ensure that QA/QC and HSE project policy are implemented at the construction yard
Keep Lead Manifold Engineer informed of progress, main events and decisions on assigned activities
Participate in the supervision and control of the manifold system testing such as shallow water amd coo; down test in additin to general testing
