My client, an International Oil & Gas Contractor, has an immediate requirement for a Marketing Account Manager.
This position holds a high level of responsibility and you will play a vital role in helping the Company to achieve its sales and business goals. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and work closely with your fellow Account Managers within the department. Your interfacing with various other departments within the company will be key as well as being in contact with clients on a day to day basis.
Key activities will include but not be limited to:
- Management of customer accounts and development of client contacts
- Identification of business opportunities, formulation of prospect stategies including strategies for the positioning of the company to maximise benefits from its resources
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Company's technical capabilities
- Giving presentations to clients
- Evaluation of competitor companies
Candidates should be educated to degree level with recognised training in Sales and/or Marketing with a minimum of three years experience as a Marketing Account Manager or Sales Executive within the Oil & Gas sector.
