Offshore Personnel Logistics Coordinator

reporting to the offshore personnel logistics supervisor, the successful candidate is responsible for effective support and co-ordination of offshore personnel movements.tasks will include but are not be limited to: -

interface with opl manager/supervisor & project managers regarding personnel requirements for projects, training and other company assignments.liaise with clients/ offshore locations for crew change details.verify all personnel's certification required for working offshore is in date.ensure personnel are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.organise visas for personnel travelling overseas and all associated literature and vaccinations.input all offshore personnel movements into a database.maintain offshore employees' personal information accurately in the dept database as required.coordinate and/or organise travel and accommodation for offshore personnel in line with company policies.check and log all expense forms, and advise personnel of any discrepancies outwith company policyproduce weekly timesheet reports from the database for payroll.inform personnel of all mobilisation/demobilisation details.update offshore employees' cvs in the company formatundertake general administration duties to support the departmentto participate in on-call duties on a regular rotated basis.liaise with assigned offshore personnel on general personnel related issuesresolve any pay queries in a timely mannersupport the training/development of team membersparticipate in and provide support as team member the offshore personnel logistics co-ordinator will be based in aberdeen.presentation

skillsessential:

· acceptable standard of secondary education.

· high degree of proficiency in ms word, excel

· good attitude and manner in dealing with people at all levels

desirable

· knowledge of required certification for personnel travelling and working internationally.

• previous experience with business travel and vessel-based personnel movements

qualifications and educationeducated to higher level standard.

experience

· maintain a high degree of confidentiality..

· high level of accuracy in provision of information and when checking information.

• ability to work on own initiative.

· excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

· good organisational skills and ability to react to short notice changes to suit operational requirements.
