My Client, a Subsea contractor are undertaking project management together with on and offshore engineering of a Wave project, a novel subsea system which will provide the infrastructure necessary to support up to four arrays of wave energy converter devices (wec's) which generate electricity from wave energy.The project comprises a subsea power connection system located some 10 nautical miles off the north Cornish coast in approximately 50 metres of water connected via a subsea power cable to shore.
They require the services of a Marine Installation Project Engineer with:
- Relevant industry experience
- Experience in offshore and subsea facilities installation
- Experience in subsea systems covering specifically:
Previous client representation for review of engineering and construction drawingsExperience with load-out and installation of subsea equipment, mooring systems, power cable and pipelines
