My Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator require a Contract Engineer to be based in Paris: In charge of the preparation of Project Contracts (contractual and commercial documents)

Activities:

Prepare the technical contracts in accordance with Project rules and procedures
As required, participate to the definition of the contractual strategy, taking into accountpossible synergies with other projects
Prepare the bidders lists with the concerned Package Manager or Contracts User
Preparation of the pre-qualification dossier and pre-qualification procedure
Participate to negotiation, Attend to the clarification meetings and reply to the Contractorsrequests for clarifications
Draft the contracts using appropriate standard forms
Contractual/commercial support during the Contract execution phase
As and when required, participate to the settlement of dispute together with legal, insuranceand finance specialists
Propose improvement of CA referential, participate to its evolution
Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up
Participate to the decision process for contract attribution

File the Contract & Procurement related documents according the document filing system.As and when required assist the Senior Contracts Engineers

Possibility to be relocated, after Contracts Awards, to the yard or the plant where one or part of the main contracts(FPSO, SURF or SPS) will be executed
