My client, an Oil & Gas contractor, urgently requires the services of an experienced QA/QC Engineer.

Reporting to the IMS Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring that the company Quality Management System is implemented within the projects and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2000
Provide training and guidance on the IMS to all personnel
Provide QHSE support to all project teams
Deputise for the IMS Manager in his absence
Preparing and monitoring through monthly progress reports, IMS compliance to ensure effectiveness and continued improvement
Monitoring through reports from work sites and/or project manager, that the company's policies and procedures are being satisfactorily observed, conduct audits (including offshore sites by agreement with clients) and ensure personnel have had adequate on or off the job training to carry out their work in accordance with company standards

This position is based in their Aberdeen office.
