My Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator require the services of an HSE Construction Co-ordinator, based in Nigeria on a 4x4 rotation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Working closely with HSE staff in the development and structure of Procedure, aids and material to drive-continuous performance improvement
Participating in the implementation of HSE programs, policies and procedures
Developing processes which are fir for purpose for the project targets, well documented, and readily auditable
Providing corporate induction and training to project team and CONTRACTOR
Assisting in the gathering, tabulation and analysis on injury and illnesses data on the database
Interfacing with Construction, Commissioning and production department to ensure correct interfaces execution.
Interacting with HSE staff from Project Production.
Following the HSE directives from project HSE Manager
Following the COMPANY Site Representative's instructions in operational terms

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Review all documents related to HSE in co-ordination with Construction Manager’s approval
Prepare and write all document HSE related for submission to the Construction Manager
Assistance to the HSE Manager with Construction Manager's approval
Realize HSE audit of the Contractor working for us ON our sit but also in the Contractors Premises
Assist HSE Manager for all Construction HSE aspects
Follow, anticipate and suggest specific HSE training for the Contractors and the Construction team members
HSE analyze for the work on site

12 month renewable contract
