My client, an international Oil & Gas contractor, urgently requires the services of a Survey Manager.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Management of the Survey Department including office based and offshore survey personnel
- Management of survey support activities to projects, providing input and support to tendering, project preparation, procedures, operations and production of project survey deliverables, ensuring that support is cost effective and reliable
- To ensure and optimise survey resource (equipment, software and personnel) allocation, adherence to project milestones, project revenue / cost, interface among projects and client relations
- To cooperate with the Commercial department, providing the necessary support in all commercial negotiations and activities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Survey department
- Close liaison with customers' survey and project personnel to ensure compliance with requirements
- Responsible for the implementation, control and monitoring of overall Safety and Quality Assurance in all survey related activities as laid down in the Company's Integrated Management System
- Conduct all activities within the IMS Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions
Candidates should have previous experience with relevant Offshore/Subsea survey and positioning background and be conversant with the requirement of ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
