My client a leading construction company requires a number of Quantity Surveyors.
Company Background:
This company offers a complete range of Construction Services. It features design concepts, construction operation and management of many of the most prestigious and technically advanced building projects. The construction activities have included the design and construction of commercial centers, urban developments, hospitals, hotels, conference centers, schools, universities, sports centers, office complexes, government buildings, military facilities and industrial complexes.
Requirements:
- Marine Engineer to play a pivotal role in the construction of the projects.
You will be familiar with Construction Management of Coastal structures and be competent at time, quality and cost control of the Contractors and Consultants.
Previous experience in the construction industry preferably in the Middle-East.
- You will be involved in some of the most prestigious iconic, exciting and adventurous building projects.
Ideal Candidates:
- Candidates should have experience gained working in a role of Marine Engineer.
- You will ideally be educated to degree level but an HNC/ONC accompanied with some good experience will be acceptable.
- You should have sound experience in Shore Protection Structures, Rock revetments, Block walls, beaches and Intake and Outfall
- Previous relevant experience gained from working with a building contractor or consultant on large scale projects is desirable.
- Any experience gained abroad or in the Middle East a distinct advantage but not essential.
