My Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator require a Senior Planning Engineer to be Paris based for approx 4 months and then on to Nigeria for a further 12 months.
The successful applicant will work within the project management team, in charge of all project scheduling and planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
Activities
- Develop the Project Master Schedule.
- Review and analyse CONTRACTORS Scheduling and planning documents (procedures,…)
- Monitor progress and control Project activities
- Identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions as required
- Prepare the Project Planning documents
- Prepare the weekly report
- Elaborate monthly progress report
Required Qualification:BSc. Degree or HND in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying with experience in the oil & gas industry (Substantial experience in another industry will be considered on a case by case basis).
Demonstrable hands-on competency in using Primavera P3e or P3 Project Planner, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven experience and ability to effectively monitor EPC progress in a contractor's office
