My Client an International Multidiscipline Engineering Consultancy has a vacancy for -

Instrument Engineer (Alberta Canada)

reporting to the electrical & instrumentation manager you will:„P coordinate and work with project team members„P review and provide inputs for p&id development„P generate instrument index and instrument data sheets„P apply and select measurement and control instruments„P generate instruments rfq, bid evaluation and purchase order requisitions„P review and mark up package and skid drawings„P work with instrument sizing and calculation: control valve, pressure relief valve, flow elements-orifice, vortex, turbine„P generate instrument installation details„P provide instrument dimension and support to the piping designer„P provide wiring details and support to the electrical designer„P provide field construction support, commissioning and start-up of facilities

requirementsas the successful candidate you:

· have post-secondary degree or diploma in instrumentation and control

· have 4 -10 years relevant oil and gas experience

· have good communication and interpersonal skills

· are highly proficient in ms office
