My Client, an International Subsea Oil and Gas Contractor require a Technical Manager to be based in the UK for work on Deep Water Offshore Projects.Responsibilities include:
1. Complete technical authority for the project2. Reviews the functional and client specifications along with the system engineers.3. Reviews relevant design data from client (including safety and environmental issues), regulatory requirements and initiates preparation of the Design Basis Memorandum.4. Specifies any codes and standards applicable to each sub-system over and above those specified by the client. Typical example would be the use of the relevant Cameron in house engineering standards.5. Responsible for managing the total project engineering effort. Engineers at other facilities to that of the project team will also follow daily directions given by the relevant worksite manager.
