My Client, an International provider of full life cycle solutions within the Oil and Gas Industry requires a Project Manager to be based in the Tunisia.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage, direct and co-ordinate all contractors, vendors, sites and offshore activities as appropriate for the project scope.
2. Reviews contract/tendering documentation, to ensure a thorough understanding of the contract requirements and direct preliminary planning stages as necessary.
3. Manage and co-ordinate the work of the whole team to include client personnel and continue to provide all required personnel to ensure that all necessary activities are reviewed with actions appropriately assigned, timescales agreed and relevant parties briefed with new communication channels established where ever necessary.
4. Manage and co-ordinate, in conjunction the Project Team, the development and establishment of the project processes to include quality, schedules, costs, safety, environment, risks and associated mitigations, etc. to and manage and control the project on an ongoing basis.
5. Act as the Client’s official representative and manage all contractors, suppliers, etc. and covering all aspects of their work.
6. Participate in a formal review of the project with relevant parties on completion and identify opportunities for learning and development.
7. Establishes and maintains good relations with clients, partners and local authorities aimed at safeguarding and promoting my Clients interests.
8. Ensures that all the work to include all contractors and vendors is fully closed out to cover deliverables, invoices, etc.
9. Keep abreast of industry developments and approves and manages the implementation of technological advances to enhance my Clients capabilities.
