Description:

My international Oil and Gas Operator client requires an experienced Structural Engineer for this project based in The Yemen.

Your responsibilities will include:

Perform the Structural / Civil activities, as part of the Site Management Team.
Follow-up / monitor the Construction Activities of the Structural / Civil / Buildings Disciplines of the EPC Contractor.
Ensure that the Structural / Civil aspects of the construction activities meet the Construction dossier including but not limited to drawings, specifications, method statements, procedures, Vendor documents, construction schedule.
Also provide support to Subcontractor design and fabrication sites as required.
Particular responsibility for activities related to offshore jetty construction.

Previous experience should include:

Construction for major projects, with specific experience in Structural / Civil / Buildings Discipline.
Construction of structures offshore.
Supervising construction contractor activities.
Energy Industry (including relevant operation issues).
Technical support to operating plants (Energy).
