My international Oil and Gas Operator client requires the services of a Senior HSE Engineer for this position based in Moscow.
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Advise the Project Manager on solutions to safety and health issues
- Ensure that all health and safety matters are compliant with the Russian laws
- In close coordination with the Environment Senior Engineer, prepare the Project HSE plan
- Contribute to the definition of HSE philosophy and criteria to be used for the design of installations
- Maintain and update the safety derogation register
- Prepare case by case the necessary risk evaluation studies
- Prepare the H&S contractors technical and contractual requirements - Analyse contractors proposal in terms of H&S and construction methods
