Description:

My international Oil and Gas Operator client requires the services of an experienced Quality Manager for this project based in Moscow, Russia.

Roles / Responsibilities:

Contribute to the definition of the Project Quality policy, objectives, procedures and guidelines
Ensure that a leader is nominated to manage each interface within the Project organisation
Participate in the development of the Quality Policy of the Company in liaison with the Corporate QHSE Manager
Provide assistance to the other Project team members for the implementation of the Project QMS by contractors, subcontractors and vendors covering management, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Conduct internal and external audits as needed., among them contractors and subcontractors and vendors.
Participate to any third party audit called on the Project.
