My Client, an International Operator are looking for Technical Assistance for Instrumental & ICSS Engineering.

Assisting in the company in the execution of the Detail Engineering, Manufacturing, Installation, Commissioning and Start-up in all ICSS and instrumentation matters.

The CONTRACTOR shall:

- Follow-up Engineer’s activities related to OFP2 DCS & Instrumentation and ensure compliance with Company/Project specifications and with the requirements of the project documentation.

- Trade rules always with the aim to reduce costs at maximum without impacting the required level of quality.

- Inform and coordinate ICSS matters with OFON2 team in charge of the ICSS and participate to interface meeting.

- Anticipate problems, offer solutions and inform COMPANY.

- Control that contractor resources and organisation are adequate for achieving the discipline engineering works.

- Follow-up procurement, construction, expediting, FAT for his discipline.

- Evaluate his workload and require, if necessary, additional resources or means to the COMPANY.

- Report to COMPANY on progress of his activities highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions.

- Comment on Engineer’s documents and coordinate other Company specialist’s comments within allowed time.

- Liaise with other disciplines in order to ensure consistency of the work.

- Be involved in exemption or modification requests from CONTRACTOR.

- Answer to questions and queries, with the aim to give answers reducing costs at maximum without impacting the required level of quality.

- Give recommendation for project management approval.

For an initial period (1 to 3 months) in Paris area, France.

• Then at the Production Platform construction site located in Ulsan, Republic of Korea

Missions may be required by COMPANY outside the normal working area to other locations worldwide including, but not limited to Nigeria.

Applicants should be fluent in English, and a knowledge of French will be an advantage.
