My client is an international subsea contractor operating within the Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewable & Subsea Power Distribution industries. Due to expansion, they have immediate vacancies for Contracts & Senior Contracts Engineers.
The successful individuals will be responsible for the contractual administration and financial reporting of the project(s) assigned. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Providing contractual / commercial advice to Project PM as required
- To produce accurate and timeous project information and reports for use by the project team and Senior Management
- Management and administration of all project subcontracts including preparation of ITT's and contract negotiation
- Monitor and report on project cost trends ensuring that adverse trends are identified and appropriate actions are proposed
- Promoting contractual awareness within the Project Team
- Ensure commitments, actual costs, achieved costs and forecasts are accurate and reflect current project status
Candidates should have previous contracts and cost control experience working within a Project Contract environment with offshore construction or engineering sector experience strongly preferred.
These positions will be based out of the clients office's in the centre of Aberdeen and come with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
