My international Oil and Gas Operator client requires the services of an experienced QS Engineer for this position based in Paris, France.

The ideal candidate should have the follwing knowledge/experience:

In-depth Project contracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both contractor and client organisations.
Team oriented
Good communication and co-ordination skills within large size projects
Fluent in English
Ability to compile concise & accurate reports

Your duties/responsibilities will include:

Participate in Monthly and Change Order meetings upon request from the Project Manager and attend other ad hoc meetings with Contractor. Prepare the corresponding Minutes of Meeting. Visit and advise Package lead on all issues relative to disputed Change Orders.
Check the good application of the contract, the conformity of the Sub-contracts, and react to protect Company interests
Put in place and maintain the filing system for all the contract issues.
